There are 2 Master Bedrooms, each with en-suite facility. One of the bedrooms has a queen size bed and the other a king size bed. The third and fourth bedrooms have a bathroom inbetween them and they each have two twin beds. Each room has a T.V. and DVD Player. The living room has a sofa that opens up to a bed for extra sleeping accomodations. The family room or living room is light and airy yet warm and cozy and looks out onto the sun deck, with your own patio, pool and spa. The kitchen and bathrooms are covered with ceramic tiles while the living and bedrooms are carpeted. The living room sofa is great to sink into after a day out and around at the theme parks. Just put your feet up and watch T.V., listen to some of your favorite music on the stereo. You can also rent a movie or bring your own C.D.’s to watch or listen at your pleasure. The kitchen is fully fitted with everything you will need from soup to nuts. Enjoy your home cooked meals or special breakfast, lunch, dinner or snack. Everything is at your disposal including stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, pots and pans, utensils and dishwasher with ample work surface to work on. The kitchen also has a breakfast table with 4 chairs for those informal gatherings or a quick snack or meal. The formal dining room has a large table and seats comfortable up to 10-12 people. the first master bedroom has a king size double bed, private T.V. telephone, beautifully decorated with your own private double sliding door to the patio and pool area. We own two homes near each other in the same community in the Indian Creek Development, away from all the Orlando rush hour traffic, yet close enough (only 3 miles from Disney and other attractions). It will take you only minutes to reach all the attractions, including mini golf, old town, flea markets, shopping, supermarkets, restaurants and much much more. Our two homes are identical except for the decore. Each home is fully air conditioned/or heated for all year comfort and can accomodate 8-12 people. Two families can easily vacation together and split the cost. There are two bedrooms with master suits and private baths, and two other bedrooms with twin beds/bunk beds and extra cots, as well as a sleeper sofa in the livingroom. There are T.V.’s in every bedroom and a large TV in the living room as well. Pool heat is available during cooler weather, as an optional and extra fee. We have a south facing pool and spa/hot tub comfortable for 4 which can be used all year round. Golfers are welcome to play on a public course close by.
