Timeshare  for sale Sandos Playacar Beach Resort, Playa del Carmen, MX

Timeshare for sale in Playa del Carmen, Mexico. We stayed there some time ago during a round trip in Mexico.This is a lovely hotel with nice rooms, great food and many interesting places near by, Xcaret Parc, etc.Please refer to their website for further details. However for Europeans this is too far away and due to our kids we can only travel during holiday seasons.So we haven’t returned since a while and therefor we have decided to sell it to people living closer or being more flexible. Sandos Playacar Beach Resort timeshare is for junior room, a studio for min 2 / max 4 individuals.It has a king bed or two queen beds. The resort also has bigger rooms which you can choose if you collect enough points or pay extra. This is an All-Inclusive resort which has to be paid extra on site then You can use the timeshare every second year and it has 21.000 points bi-annually. Resort fees are due every second year, but pretty low (199 USD / two years), actually paid until summer 2024.The ownership is guaranteed until the year 2044 so for at least another 20 years. Timeshare is based on a floating week every other year but you can register with RCI and exchange to other hotels worldwide.RCI fees start at about $150 USD per year depending on the support/comfort level you choose. Both together are pretty low total fees ($250 year) to keep the timeshare running and collect points for the next visit.If you stick to the resort itself, it may be that you do not even need the RCI membership.But here I am not 100% sure at the moment, please double check this yourself with the hotel management. As far as I understood the Royal Elite Vacation Club (Timeshare Manager) supports ownership transfers among private persons only. They do not accept an ownership sale to a company. Please keep this in mind before bidding.
