Pueblo Bonito Rose–Cabo San Lucas, Mexico–8 Days, 7 Nights (Monday to Monday)

I have SIX WEEKS in a Junior Suite available from June to mid-December, 2025. This listing is for ONE WEEK. I would be delighted to rent you more than one week! As of January 2, the resort is already booked through the end of May. My weeks go from Monday to Monday, and are available at this point until December 13, 2025. Don’t delay! The Pueblo Bonito Rose is a beautiful resort within two to three blocks from the edge of downtown Cabo San Lucas. It is situated right on a beach, and looks out over the famous view of the land’s end of Baha California. There is a gorgeous spa that you have full access to. Massages and personal services are extra, of course. What is a Junior Suite?A junior suite is a large hotel room with two double beds, a mini-kitchen, a sitting area with a couch and chairs, and a balcony. Here’s how it is laid out: You walk into the suite, and the bathroom typically is on your left. In the short hallway is the fully-furnished mini-kitchen, and beyond that is the sleeping area with two double beds. Then the space is visually divided by a large column on either wall; the next area is the sitting area with a couch and chairs. Beyond that is the balcony. 575 square feet, so it’s spacious. Depending upon where in the complex you are, the junior suite either looks out over the swimming pool, or the reflecting pool, or has a partial view of the ocean. Partial is definitely partial. You won’t know which one of these you get until check-in time. Here’s how it works:1. You send me a message with the dates you are interested in. Please let me know if you’re serious and want to reserve it now, or if you’re still checking things out.2. I call the resort to check availability, and I get back to you.3. If you confirm that you want it, I will then book that week in my name, and send you the confirmation that I receive from the resort.4. You click “buy now” and pay immediately through Ebay.5. After I receive confirmation that you have paid, I then have the reservation changed to your name, and you are set. Want the all-inclusive option?Some people like not leaving the resort, and having access to all meals, snacks, and the bar. The cost for that varies a bit. If you are between the ages of 18 and 59, charge is approximately $925 for each adult. If you are over the age of 59, then the cost is lowered to approximately $650 each. I was told that this price also includes transportation from the airport and gives you discounts on the specialty dinners (the ones with entertainment) and the spa. If you are interested in this, you would deal directly with the resort. Don’t want the all-inclusive option?There is a large grocery store about six to nine blocks away. We usually took a taxi. There is a mini-kitchen in the junior suite, so it’s easy to get breakfast and lunch set up. It’s fun to explore the many restaurants in Cabo. Are there extra costs?Not from me, of course, but like all resorts, the Rose charges taxes and a fee for using the internet. Everybody gets charged these fees, and these taxes/fees are in addition to the charge for the room itself. You will get charged these taxes/fees no matter how you acquire the room, whether from me, or the Rose itself, or some other seller. You will pay these taxes/fees directly to the resort. I have owned weeks at the Pueblo Bonito Rose for 25 years. This is not a business for me; I am just trying to recoup some of my costs for weeks that I don’t use. My day job is as a Realtor, and my license depends upon me being honest and transparent in all my business dealings. That means I will do what I say I will. The Jr Suite/Studio has the choice of 2 Queens or 1 King size bed, a master bathroom. There is a kitchenette area and living room area with a sofa. All balcony views face the ocean. The Pacifico Resort is a sister resort as well but for adults only which is located next to The Sunset.

MonteCristo Los Cabos San Lucas 3Bd Villa Nov 16-23, 2024 Pre-Thanksgiving $3595

Hello, I have a Pueblo Bonito MonteCristo Villa for Pre-Thanksgiving week Nov 16-23, 2024 for $3595/week. Villa is Float Week so I do not know what unit number you will get until the day you check in. Most have wonderful Pacific Ocean Views. The All-Inclusive Meal Plan is Optional and is NOT included in this price. The All-Inclusive Meal Plan is a separate charge that you will pay the resort directly if you decide to purchase the meal plan. This is a Rental Week. As a Guest of MoneteCristo, you can still visit restaurants and pools of Pueblo Bonito Rose and Pueblo Bonito Blanco, both of these resorts are on Medano Beach, Cabo swimable beach and there is a Free Shuttle Bus that goes to and from Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach and PB Rose daily on the hour between 9am and 10pm. You can also use the pools and restaurants at Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach Resort which has multiple swimming pools, including the Sky Pool at the top of the hill side sitting high above the ocean w Spectacular views!
