Children under 4 and under are not required to wear wristbands.· LOCK-OUT: If a renter/guest locks themselves out of the unit after office hours, the renter/guest should call the emergency numbers located on the front window of the office to the right of the front door. If this activity is observed or reported, the police will be called immediately, and the person or persons involved will have to leave the property.· NOT PERMITTED TO BE USED ON SAND AND SURF PROPERTY: Kegs of any kind (Beer), roller blades, skateboards, scooters and bicycles. Sand & Surf property includes walkways, pool deck and parking lot.· TRASH: It is the responsibility of all guests to take their trash to the trash area located in the front of out building, which faces South Atlantic Ave. (A1A). All vehicles over 20 feet long will be required to park in the three (3) spaces along A1A. Now that this policy has been voted and adopted by the Sand & Surf Resort Board of Directors it is a policy that must be enforced.· Remember all owners/renters must be treated equally. Bicycles CANNOT be locked or tied to any white fences; be parked on any part of the pool deck; be ridden on Sand and Surf Property; be stored in any condo units at any time; be left on walkways at any time by order of the Fire Marshall.· SIDEWALKS: The Daytona Beach Shores fire code does not permit anything to be left on the sidewalk. Rafts, floats, boogie boards, shoes and beach toys must be kept in the unit and not on the sidewalk. The fire code of Daytona Beach Shores states that the Daytona Beach Shores Fire Marshall can fine those people leaving items on the sidewalk.· POOL RULES: Pool Open at 9:00 a.m. and closes at 10:00 p.m. (enforced due to the close proximity of the pool to the condo units.) NO GLASS CONTAINERS PERMITTED ON THE POOL DECK OR IN THE POOL (State Law) NO BIRTHDAY PARTIES, REUNIONS, OR PARTIES OF ANY TYPE ARE PERMITTED ON THE POOL DECK. Take all towels and put on top of sheets in the laundry basket.· LATE DEPARTURE: There will be a late departure fee of $20.00 per half hour should departure be after 10:00 a.m. There are no refunds for late check-ins or early departures. This is Tiny Toledo, a 1-bedroom 1-bathroom cabin with a loft and a boathouse on the Toledo Bend lakefront. Six people can sleep in this cabin thanks to the three beds. The total square feet of this cabin is about 500 sf. The bedroom has a full sized bed, the loft upstairs has a king sized bed, and in the living room there is a queen sized sleeper sofa. The cabin’s bathroom has a single lavatory with a stand up shower. The living room, kitchen, and dining area have all of the amenities of home including a refrigerator, oven, stove, and a microwave. Just next to the kitchen is a small space that has a stackable washer and dryer. The cabin is all wood inside with walnut accents that give this place a very rustic lakehouse feel. Part of our deck is screened in to keep the bugs out while you enjoy the breathtaking sunsets. The other part of the deck is outside of the cabin, has a table and chairs, and a charcoal grill. Out in front of our lakefront cabin is a boat house that is over the water. It has a gathering area and seating to watch those beautiful 3-mile sunsets that happen at Tiny Toledo. The boathouse also has a boat slip with an electric lift so that you can get your boat out of the water when you aren’t using it. There is no internet at the cabin so you will need to use the hotspot on your phone. We have a roku tv that you can use to connect to your hotspot and stream your favorite programming. Keep in mind that while Tiny Toledo sleeps 6 people, we also have a property right next door called “Toledo Bend Camper”.
